my stay was nearly ruined by the slow breakfast service that makes molasses look speedy, not to mention the noisy ground-floor room that should come with earplugs. as if that's not enough, I expect a complimentary room upgrade after such inconvenience. I almost gave Riad Pachavana a good review, but I just couldn’t overlook these issues.
